The Credit Union Gold Series Health Plan is specifically designed for Credit Union members. The plan is underwritten by Guardian Life Limited and offers two (2) health plan options.
- Standard Gold Plan
- Executive Gold Plan
What is unique about this plan is that persons can access both healthcare and life insurance coverage of up to $1,000,000.00 without the usual employer/employee relationship.
In addition to the two plan options, members can also access a Supplemental Health (Rider) and an additional Major Medical benefit.
WHY CREDIT UNION GOLD SERIES?
Commencing June 1, 2021, the newly designed Credit Union Gold Series Health Plan will now offer the following:
COMPREHENSIVE HEALTHCARE
- Covering medical expenses with $6,000,000.00 Major Medical Coverage renewable annually.
LIFE COVERAGE
- $1,000,000.00 coverage (Members 18-60 years old)
- Members 61 to 64 years old will be covered for $500,000.00
- Members 65 years & older will be covered for $250,000.00
PERSONAL ACCIDENT
- Covergae for Accidental Death & Dismemberment is $1,000,000.00
- Loss of income due to an accident is $25,000.00 per week for 52 weeks
